Order cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Returns eligibility

Returns are accepted only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered. Items must be unused and in original condition.

Non-returnable items

Items marked as final sale, worn items, or products damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return or refund.

Refund process

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the situation. Processing may take several business days.

Return procedure

Customers must contact us before returning any item. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Shipping responsibility

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the error was caused by Urbanloom studios.

Exchanges
